Norton Antivirus 2006 & Vista?

Does Nav 2006 work with Vista Beta 2? I need to know before I install the beta....

no, and under vista, next to impossible to remove. Use one of the free anti-virus programs like CA antivirus or pc-cillin. "Robert M. Bratcher Jr." wrote in message

Try www.avast.com for their free home version av. It works with Vista, and doesn't have a trial period like pc Cillion does. - Jim

I also am running Avast Home Antivirus and it installs and runs very well.

Currently, Trend is the only partner AV program for vista, I'd suggest that

CA eTrust was also there at one point, not sure why they were taken off of the page, but they have a beta version available as well for Vista. ---------- Mark Dietz PROnetworks <http://www.pro-networks.org>

CA Anti-trust is a Vista Beta partner, and offer a 12 month subscription as part of the beta for Vista. I've got it and am just installing now.
Don't have to wait for Symantec, in some ways I'm happy about that.
